The Process
1. We will have a phone consultation with you to work out what you would like to achieve and get some background information.
2. We will ask you to complete an online questionnaire (which you do in your own time online) to provide us with more targeted information which we need to make an informed assessment of next steps.
3. We will send you different costs and payment options, depending on the matter. Once you decide which option, we will send you our Costs Agreement.
4. We will prepare your advice and documents and provide them to you for review and feedback. Where you need updates, we will work with you to achieve this.
5. Where your documents need to be witnessed (such as a will) you can either sign in-office or we can arrange an online meeting with an alternative signing process such as via mail, or docusign, including easy-to-understand instructions for signing.
